Preston Figure Skating Club Annual Skating Gala

Have you never experienced a Preston FSC Skating Gala? Unlike a typical skating exhibitions, our productions combine skating, theatre, music, costumes, props, and storytelling to create a truly unique entertainment experience.

The Preston Figure Skating Club of Cambridge (PFSC) proudly presents its Annual Skating Gala at the Preston Memorial Auditorium. In 2027, we will celebrate the 63rd anniversary of this beloved community tradition.

Held over a weekend in late March or early April, the Gala features multiple performances and welcomes more than 1,800 audience members to enjoy an unforgettable showcase of talent, creativity, and community spirit.

The Gala celebrates skaters of all ages and abilities—from the youngest CanSkaters taking their first steps on the ice to adult skaters and elite competitive athletes. Every skater registered in the Preston FSC winter program has the opportunity to participate and experience the excitement of performing in this spectacular production.

Hundreds of volunteers dedicate countless hours designing and building sets, creating costumes, organizing logistics and supporting every aspect of the production. It’s one of the largest volunteer-led events of its kind in the region and has become a cherished tradition for families throughout Cambridge.

The continued success of the Gala is made possible through the generosity of our community sponsors. Their financial support helps PFSC produce this long-standing tradition while keeping the event accessible for our skating families.
